A 100 % chardonnay champagne, without any added sugar whatsoever so that the wine can express all its potential and intensity.
A bright, scintillating gold colour with tiny, delicate bubbles. Full and round on the nose with an amazing freshness and delicacy on the palate. This is a fully mature champagne in all its ‘brut’ purity, showing excellent fruit, especially dried fruit.
A pleasant hint of spice on the finish leaves the impression of a good, tight and totally pure champagne.
