The Pinot Noir and Meunier are left to macerate for a brief period so as to lend the wine complexity, power, freshness and great richness. This is a truly remarkable Rosé de Saignée !

Lots of complexity and power on the nose with plenty of fresh fruit too. Red fruits aromas are in abundance, particularly the Provencal aromas of raspberry, blackcurrant and pomegranate…).

Wonderfully generous on the palate too with an enticing hint of acidity that lasts a while then delicately gives way again to blackcurrant and Morello cherry.
